mlh37214 ....Once you settle into a routine your workouts will come back. Make sure you don't overwork. I make that mistake sometimes when I work from home, I want to finish something and think it will only take another half hour !!0

May Goal 130 and 10/10,000
Week 1 = 22.1 miles
Week 2 = 25 miles = 47.1 running total (3/10)
Week 3 = 29.9 miles = 77 running total (7/10)
May 22 - 5.8 miles = 12763 steps (8/10)
May 23 - 6.3 miles = 13899 steps (9/10)
May 24 - 2.2 miles
May 25 - 2.8 miles
May 26 - 2.3 miles
May 27 - 3.4 miles
Thank goodness for long weekends... catching up in my miles still have 30 miles to go to make my goal.... oh dear !!0 -

So made one goal 10 days over 10,000 steps. I am over 100 miles and would have had better steps yesterday but a revolving door of company yesterday afternoon.... but you have to have that once in awhile too!
And rain.... rain and rain !! Yeah = we needed it. We planted potatoes and the ground was dry.

Great advice Lilymay! I have a coworker that I've been instant messaging with and we tell each other when we are reaching 5...the end of our work day. The bf also gets home from work at about quarter til, and he's always hungry, so I wrap up when I'm supposed to, to either go and get something or get something cooking! I keep thinking there are 2 things that I would like to get done this weekend (long holiday) but haven't allowed myself to go to the office and turn on that computer at all!
We had a good day yesterday, went for a walk, shopping, and what seemed like a lot of activity. Got home, only to find a dead fitbit...yesterday's # was only .84. I forgot to look at the page before this to get my running total, so I will do that when I check in either tomorrow or Tuesday. Not to wish the days away, but I'm ready for June and to get back in a routine!!!0 -
