Anybody from the UK watching the truth about healthy eating on bbc1
Out of the 3 breakfasts they chose to test which were bacon and eggs, erratic and yoghurt with fruit.
Bacon and eggs won for keeping you fuller for longer.
Yey low carbs the winner

    I need to find it on catch up - forgot it was on last night - definitely agree bacon and eggs are the perfect breakfast

    I caught the last 5 minutes and heard the words 'whole grains' and thought - meh!
    But 2 friends have texted me saying that it was actually really good and promoted a lot of proper healthy eating so I think I will get it on catch up and see!

    It's worth watching but I didn't agree with some of it especially if your doing Low carb, I've tried the healthy eating like they were promoting with hardly any budge in weight or body fat for a year, I turned to low carb nearly 2 weeks ago a shave lost weight and body fat has gone down and i can see my bloated belly disappearing every day and I put that down to reducing carbs/sugars all found in the food they were saying are healthy.
