You can put your beginning stats. For someone that wants to lose weight maybe something like

For non-weightloss

Or something idk.

    I'm thinking Monday, but honestly, either works since I weigh on Friday so I just would have to remember to post it :smiley:

    Monday sounds good to me too :) I know I've gained 6 pounds in the past two months of sleeping constantly and doing some weepy carb eating :/
    So today is meal-prep day...

    Well I guess here's my first weekly.

    Weigh in information.
    SW: 295
    CW: 296 (what even...)
    Difference: +1

    I'm gonna guess this is because my body is confused and forgot what weight loss means. Or something idk, one pound is not that big a deal, it's probably water and will fall out this week.

    Workout wise: I think I started on Friday, worked out that day, skipped Saturday (like I always do.) and then worked out Sunday, so that's 2/2?

    I'm still not back where I started though :) (Or anywhere near my heaviest...)
    I'm waiting for the temp to drop a bit to work out for today. But, I'm getting down my water- and I actually made myself eat lunch. (Still working on more than coffee for breakfast...)
