I know I've gained 6 pounds in the past two months of sleeping constantly and doing some weepy carb eating

Well I guess here's my first weekly.
Weigh in information.SW: 295
CW: 296 (what even...)
Difference: +1
I'm gonna guess this is because my body is confused and forgot what weight loss means. Or something idk, one pound is not that big a deal, it's probably water and will fall out this week.
Workout wise: I think I started on Friday, worked out that day, skipped Saturday (like I always do.) and then worked out Sunday, so that's 2/2?

Okey dokey....SW: Starting this week....I'm waiting for the temp to drop a bit to work out for today. But, I'm getting down my water- and I actually made myself eat lunch. (Still working on more than coffee for breakfast...)
