Carb amounts

I have calculated my macros (according to IIFYM website). However, wondering what my low carb days should be? Anything under 100?? Under 50 (which is tough for me). I have kind of been doing alternating days of regular carbs (mine are set at 144 with Protein 122 and Fats 61). Am I to up my fats/protein on low carb days??

My high carb days are set at: 160g protein 160g carb and 34g fat. My low days are set at 125g pro 30 carb ( I try to keep net carbs around 20) and 110g fat. I have seen a lot of people do low carb/low fat on their low carb days but that doesn't work for me. I need the fat to fill me and give me energy and I drop the fat low on my high carb days1

Use a macro calculator online. They're all over the place.
