I see you guys posting how your BMR doesn't match your MFP BMR....Where do you find your BMR for the Vivofit on the Garmin Connect website?

NVM I found it....In the Reports Section, under Total calories report, if you roll over the blue bar it shows you the BMR for the day.

So now, how do I change my GBMR? Right now it says 1862, but my bmr should be 1568.4 on http://www.bmi-calculator.net and 1545 on MFP....How do I change this for both MFP and Garmin Connect to be in sync?

I dont think you can change the bmr exactly although you can change your activity level (connect - settings - activity class) which will alter the figure. Similar with mfp.

BMR and BMI are two different things. BMR is how much your body burns in a day if you were just doing noting.

Despite the website address, BMI-Calculator.net also has a BMR Calculator
