Hi guys I am 2 weeks post op, last week I lost almost 6kg. I have weighed myself again today and haven't lost anything. Am a little gutted as I was expecting to have lost something this past week. How long will this stall last for?

I had the same thing happen to me. Trust in the process and make sure you are getting in your protein and fluids, the weight loss will come.0

You will have times when the scale moves, and times when it doesn't! Weight loss (even after weight loss surgery) is a series of stair steps, not one long slope down! Your body has a lot of healing to do, and not just from the surgery! As you drop pounds the body will be going through many changes, and healing phases, that it will need to take care of before it loses more weight! Accepting these times for what's happening inside your body is very important! You shouldn't feel like you're doing anything wrong! As long as you remain on plan the scale will catch up!
Don't allow the scale to dictate your food choices!
Make sure you measure yourself too! Sometimes the body will lose inches when the weight loss stalls, and this can be very motivating during those times! Take pictures too!0
