@Foamroller...AMEN to that!! Yes, it usually either makes me roll my eyes or laugh when I hear or read comments about how "unsustainable" the Keto WOE is!! LOL

@zyxy55 and @ladylambeau...yes, as you correctly pointed out I am MUCH happier now with myself and life in general. Also, one completely unexpected thing that Keto did for me was help eliminate pretty much all of the depression I had been experiencing pre-Keto which I now attribute largely to negative side-effects from all the crap I was eating!
