Low Calories

I didn't want to ninja the other low calorie post, so...
I've mentioned before that I am logging calories mainly because I find myself always low. In the other post everyone is saying not to worry about it. My concern is, how long is considered too long for not meeting the MFP goal? It's been over a month, maybe closer to 1.5 months since my appetite has disappeared. I struggle to hit 1000 calories. I also go 20 to 22 hours between eating most often(I try to remind myself to eat every 18 hours, but I forget often).
Take today for example, I went 25 hours between meals, and today's meal was barely 700 calories and I am NOT hungry. Granted yesterday was a bigger meal about 1200 calories.
I do not have hungry days, in all this time of no appetite I've had maybe 4 hungry days...
I feel fine, my exercise is not suffering. The only down-side I've found so far, is I have to drink pickle juice/eat pickles more often because I'm not getting enough sodium through food as I'm not eating more than once a day.
Should I be concerned with this?

We seem to get an increase in appetite as we get closer to our goal weight range. I don't know how much you have to lose, but it's only been 6 weeks. If you are losing fat well, then your body is doing exactly what it's supposed to do when you don't eat enough and there's extra stored "food" available. Eventually, the storage will start to get a bit low and you'll feel hungrier so as not to dip into the storage quite as much.
I wouldn't worry too much about it yet. But definitely be aware that when the hungrier days come, allow yourself to eat.

Have you switched to "full flavor" of everything you eat? Like, full fat milk, heavy cream, dark meat chicken, etc?

I add butter and MCT oil to my coffee to get extra fat and calories because eating MOAR FOOD just sounds like a chore right now.

Thank you, I wasn't too worried, until everyone said you'd have hungrier days and I just don't have them. I had over 100 lbs. to lose before I started(around 90 lbs. now). So yes, I have a lot to lose still.
I was drinking bullion with coconut oil and butter, but that was making me not want food even more... And yes, I use full fat heavy cream in my tea and to make sauces with. I love full fat cheese and salad dressings. I use butter and coconut oil in my stir-frys.
