    Walked w/DH this morning for 5.35 miles in 109 mins (7.12 total miles for 15,263 steps) then got on the bike for 14.00 miles in 52 mins and an episode of Banshee then worked out to a KCM strength DVD which included most of the above for 30 mins. Then I went shopping! DONE!!! A good Monday!

    Well, I walked w/DH this morning for 5.00 miles in 98 mins (5.87 total miles for 12,727 steps) then got on the bike for 17.00 miles in 60 mins and an episode of Banshee then worked out with my kettlebell 20 mins. DONE!!! A pretty good Tuesday!

    Tennis practice this evening - 90 minutes. I'm teleworking tomorrow and plan to get the Darebee workout done at lunch. I need to work on my arms, chest ne back to help my tennis game...and those bat wings.

    Tennis should be a great bat wing fighter. No extra exercise today, but did park at the far end of the parking lot and took the stairs instead of the elevator. :smile:

    I walked w/DH this morning for 5.15 miles in 96 mins (7.21 total miles for 15,344 steps) then got on the bike for 14.25 miles in 60 mins and an episode of Banshee then worked out to a strength DVD for 30 mins. DONE!!! Reading now!

    Weight was good this morning. Eating is right on.

    Have been doing my Darebee workout and have not bought any cookies or chocolate. Have been staying away from the candy jars at work also. Working on my bat wings too!

    Good job, Clara!! Bat wings be gone!

    Only got my walk w/DH in this morning...5.05 miles in 94 mins (6.72 total miles for 14,433 steps) then we went to Kaiser for another shot. The exercise faeries just shook their heads "No!" after we got home. Maybe tomorrow I'll get on the bike after I weigh in, and I'm hoping our trainer gets released by her doc so we can meet tomorrow...maybe.

    Weigh in was good this morning. :) Eating is good too.

    Walked to the sheriff's station today; about 15min each way. Was gonna take John's dog, but John was over at the sheriff's station for a meeting; so his dog was already there too. Did take him out for some air though. Little cutie.

    That was sweet of you, Paula.

    Weighed in this morning. It was good! Then got on the bike for 16.00 miles and an episode of Banshee then worked out to KCM's Muscle Up DVD...legs and arms which makes up for slacking off yesterday! Our trainer is out for another two weeks. :s

    Went to the show w/DH to see "The Nice Guys" with Russell Crowe and Ryan Gosling...I like both of them...it had 3 1/2 stars and a glowing review. I have only two words for it...DON'T GO!! Okay, more than two...it was horrible. Good thing it was at a discount. Terrible...we did, however, have a good laugh about how bad it was.

    So, I'm going to read for the rest of the afternoon! <3

    I missed this! Love seeing how you are all doing.

    I am about back to normal. But I am getting bat wings! :o I have to get busy again. Dug up some irises today. I was finding homes for some extras. I had a chicken salad sandwich for dinner tonight. And my throat did not even hurt.:love:

    Walked w/DH this morning for 5.0 miles (6.69 total miles for 14,110 steps) then got on the recumbent for 12.75 miles in 48 mins and an episode of Banshee then worked out to a 30 min strength DVD to get rid of my bat wings then I went shopping and made soup!! A great Saturday!

    Okay, it's Father's Day and my DH's birthday today. Needless to say there was some food consumed that was not on my good-for-you list and some soft, really cold, sweet dessert that is no longer in my bowl...tomorrow is a new day!

    I did walk 5.05 miles in 92 mins w/DH this morning (7.22 total miles for 15,056 steps) then got on the recumbent for 12.50 miles in 46 mins then I went to the store for fruit and made a lovely fruit salad...which we did NOT eat!

    Tomorrow will brand new!

    Chris I skipped the good food in favor of some not so good ones myself. And did not work out like I should. Yep, today is a new day. Thank goodness! ;)
