Well start weight and end weight are the same. This is a hard time for me since we are boating and going to the cottage this summer. But of course I could give a lot of excuses so gained this week 1.6 and ending this challenge today since I will be away again for the next weigh in and no scale. I am starting South Beach today and see if I can get down somewhat. My next mini goal is September, my next doctor's apt. and see if I can get down in weight.
Good Luck everyone next week.

@Shirley61 Don't beat yourself up too much. We spend a lot of time boating and camping over the summer, so I know just how hard it can be too lose. The fact that you have stayed within a few pounds is a good thing.

I can't believe it has been so long. I wish life would calm down! I've had a rough time since I was on here. My grandma who I was very close to passed away. She was 95y so not unexpected. On a more shocking note, my dad passed away very unexpectedly at 65y. We were going to be visiting him the following week as we live on opposite ends of the country. His situation was a mess since he lives alone and had actually died a few days before we had emergency people break in. It was further complicated because theft had occurred (car, wallet, phone). Right now it is looking like a natural death where the theft was more of opportunity rather than foul play. Then last week my FIL had a minor stroke. Looks like no damage and this is the first time he has gone a week without a cigarette since he was a young teenager.
I am now at 181.8 lbs. Not what I wanted but given the last 6 weeks, I'll take it. Hopefully now I can focus more on this again.0 -
