What are the little tips you tell yourself in free to keep solid form?

I usually like
- Keep quiet
- Rotate body
- Reach
- High elbows

    Same here for freestyle. For backstroke,
    -Head position
    -Hips up

    Freestyle, I remind myself to glide to release the bubbles, the more water and less air I catch the more efficient. Also, the finish, thumb to thigh.
