    I joined the group May 26th. I've been having so much fun logging my days that I forgot it was this group that got me started. Wow, that says a lot for the ap. Thanks Chuck and SYSK for getting me started. 10 lbs gone so far.

    Yes, it is a wonderful app! Lots of great support on here and met a lot of friends. All thanks to Chuck! 177.1 lost so far for the group!

    I lost 20 pounds at a contest at work and now that it is over I lost the competition motivator. Heard about this on the Chigger episode. I'm excited to try this!!
