How many grams of protein should I consume while on Keto?

I read online that eating too much protein can be bad when you're on Keto and since I just began powerlifting again, I don't want to eat too little protein. One website I found said that eating 0.7-1 gram of protein per lean body mass is the goal for keto, but that is without taking into account the powerlifting I'll be doing. Can anybody help me out? It would be greatly appreciated, thank you in advance.

1g per lb of lean bodyweight should be plenty if you're trying to lose weight overall. You could eat more without it hurting you, but you want to make sure you get enough fat, too. Don't let protein displace too much of your fat.2

This is an older post that kind of talks about the whole 'excess protein turns into glucose' idea.

As for your powerlifting, you should definitely be eating enough to support that. You wouldn't want to harm yourself by not eating enough protein to help repair your muscles after powerlifting.1 -
Thank you, I can stop worrying about that now1
