    Added 1.2 walking last Wednesday, and 15 today for 51.3 for the month so far... that might be as far as I get this month... boo. Oh well... better than nothing, right?!

    GOAL!!! I had to sneak a walk in before work and a break for some mall walking in the middle, but I was able to add 4.25 miles yesterday. :) Now on to bonus miles. :)

    Hit goal this morning & I ask for prayers. I have had a mammogram, an MRI, an ultra sound & on Thursday I am being sent back to the city for another ultra sound with biopsy. I am soooo praying it is the hormone replacement that is causing this..
    Fri 6/24 rode 7 walked 2 = 9
    Sat 6/25 walked the dog 1 mile (in Ft Collins Co helping son move back) got back to MT at 11 pm
    Sun 6/25 walked the dogs 3 miles before church
    Mon 6/26 walked 3 miles pushing grandson in baby jogger
    Tue 6/27 rode ex bike 9 miles at 5:30 before the grandsons woke up HIT GOAL

    June has been real busy & I felt mileage was adding to my already stress level that July I will move it back to 200 miles.

    Walked w/DH early this morning but it was still very warm then got on the recumbent for 73 mins then did 30 mins of strength training. Reading now!

    A dog walk and bike ride yesterday and then lots of walking around the city today leaves me at 79/75 and that makes GOAL!

    @vhuber: I am praying for you. I was in your same situation three years ago. Routine mamagram turned into another, ultrasound and a stereotactic biopsy. Then breast surgery.It is scarey to say the least. Many times it turns out to be a,false alarm. I am here to talk should you need a listening ear. Please let me know how it turns out. Char

    Taking a quick walk around the block before I drive to work is helping me keep up my distance and step count. And I think helping me deal with the stress of new work programs. Great programs, but a steep learning curve and no lead time to figure out how to use them. Looks like I have to call my manager today with a problem I can't figure out how to work out. On what should have been a day off of course. Trying really hard to keep a sense of humor and remind myself that using my brain is good for me.

    On a positive note, the heat has let up this morning and I am actually a little chilled. Gotta find time to get out and enjoy it while I can.

    Added 3.5 miles for a June total of 115.5 miles
