My name is Jackie, wife of 19 yrs and a mother of three.
Starting weight 284.
Goal range 240-255
Week 1
Today is Friday and I started on Tuesday. So far I am surprised that I haven't been more hungry. Can't wait to weigh in next Tuesday morning.

Totally estatic!! This way of eating fits my lifestyle perfectly. MFP allows me 1300 calories a day. So far so good.

I'm happy that the scale is moving in the right direction. My clothes are getting loose. I was able to hit 10k steps on my fit bit three days this week.1 -
