Here are my goals for July 2016:

Weight: 169.8 or less by 7/31/16
Work up to a 9k/day step goal (Currently at 7,500/day)
Be at or under my calorie goal DAILY!
Drink at least 8 - 8oz. glasses of water per day.
Commit to my workout plan:
* Strength 4x/wk (M, T, R, F) - Strong Curves Booty-ful Beginnings
* Active Rest 2x/wk (W, Sa) - Walking, swimming, playing with the kids, etc.
* Rest on Sundays

I'm not going to base my goals on weight because I don't think it's a smart or valid measurement of success. My goals instead are all within my control:
Drink at least 60oz water per day, and 80-90 by the end of July.
Move for at least 30 minutes a day. Sometimes this is just a walk at lunch and stairs at work. Goal by end of July is to get back to yoga at least 5 days per week.
Track food water exercise daily.
Stay connected to this community.
Tell people around me what I'm doing so that they are less likely to offer temptations and more likely to support healthy decisions!
2 shakes, 1 meal, and 2-3 snacks per day.
One cup of coffee per day max.
1-2 drinks per weekend, none throughout week.2 -
My goals for July are:
-Replace unhealthy snacks with flavorful teas!
-Drink around 2L of water a day. More if exercising.
-Don't ruin everything when I take my vacation.
-start exercising and doing yoga.
I won't do weightloss related goals by the monthly basis because I feel like that might discourage me.2 -
Goals for July to stay completely engaged in my diet .....stay below my calorie input requirements. Stay active on daily basis . Intake more water as I definitely lack In this area . Keep logging my meals in . And hopefully the weight will keep coming off as it has this first week down 7 lbs so far I'm 179 now started at 186 and would be happy to get to 169 by the end of July2

July goals:
Increase exercise - at least 3 days/wk
Drink water more consistently - 1 glass every 3 hours (at least)
Stay under calories at least 6 days/wk (and under weekly goal)
Mostly just to stick with the program and not give up!1 -
Go vegan during weekdays! (should be pretty easy because I stay at home all day during the week). Drink more water! Drink more water (always have cup with me). And weigh in the 140's somewhere by the end of July1

Keep up yoga 3x p/wk - Ashtanga aka Power yoga
Stick to dietry plan I've formulated.
Water's easy for me I've drunk 2-3L p/day for past 10years

Log all my food, stay under my calories budget, walk everyday for at least 30 minutes, continue in my challenges I am involved in, and continue to do strength training.1
