Weight lifting, trying to figure out macros

So I have about 50 lbs to lose. I just started weight lifting again (been out of it for years). I think I've damaged my metabolism in the past from cutting too much. I'm trying to figure out where I should be to support weight lifting and still lose weight, while not harming my metabolism. I'm 5'8", 197 lbs. I think I need to keep cals around 1600, and eat around 200 grams of protein a day. Not sure where to keep carbs and fat. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Your 200grams a day of protein is spot on. Maybe go for about 60-80g fat and let the rest fall in carbs. It's all a matter of personal preference. A lot of people like a higher fat to carb ratio.
