hard to meet my calorie goals

I've just started lc and am finding it difficult to meet my calorie goals. At the moment I'm just not that hungry and don't see the point to eat just to get to the calorie goal. from what I have read the loss of hunger will change over time

Is that correct and should i not worry about the calorie intake at the moment?

    I agree with Pamamajane,I see a lot of people on here worried about calories. My personal belief is if your on a good LCHFMP diet don't worry about it, go more by how you feel and what its doing for you overall.

    Don't force yourself to eat if you're not hungry...and don't look a gift horse in the mouth! ;)

    I agree. Unless you are below ~1000kcal for weeks, I wouldn't worry.

    Just eat when hungry. This level of low appetite doesn't last forever. Enjoy it while you can.
