    30 min WATP yesterday and a 5k walk tonight.

    July Goals - 130 miles (OH MY last July I had 127 miles!!!)
    - 10 over 10,000 steps
    - Golf more
    - Organize, organize organize!!

    July 1 - 3.3 miles
    July 2 - 3.5 miles
    July 3 - 4.8 miles - 10476 steps
    July 4 - 2.3 miles
    July 5 - 2.3 miles
    July 6 - 3.6 miles
    July 7 - 3. miles .... behind a bit - but hopefully it doesn't rain too much this weekend so I can get outside and do some walking.

    7/5 - 3 miles outside (6.5)
    7/6 - 1.5 miles outside, WATP 1 mile burn (9)
    7/7 - 1.5 miles outside, WATP 1 mile burn (11.5)
    7/8 - 3 miles outside (14.5)

    July Goal- 2 miles/day or 62 miles for the month.

    7/1-Vivofit tracked-1.7 miles=1.7 miles total
    7/2-Vivofit tracked 3.3 miles=5.0 miles total
    7/3-Vivofit tracked-2.3 miles=7.3 miles total
    7/4-Vivofit tracked-2.0 miles=9.3 miles total
    7/5-Vivofit tracked-4.8 miles=14.1 miles total
    7/6-Vivofit tracked-3.1 miles=17.2miles total
    7/7-Vivofit tracked-3.9 miles=21.1 miles total
    7/8-Vivofit tracked-2.8 miles=23.9 miles total

    It's okay - some days life gets in the way and we don't get as many steps as we would like. We just try harder the next day. Take care

    I got sidetracked at the end of June/beginning of July. I was in a car accident with my daughter and grandson. Everyone was okay except the car, which was a total loss. Anyway, I'm still here and still blessed. I also do aerobics with the Leslie DVD's so my goals for her might be lower than others.

    July goal is 35 miles.

    7/8- 2 miles with Leslie [2]
    7/9- 2 miles outside [4]

    I am so glad no one was hurt in the accident. Hugs. By the way....this is not a contest of who walks the most or furthest, so please set whatever goal works for you. I have been part of this group for quite some time and I started out with a goal of 25 miles. Stay well.

    New to this awesome group. Yesterday was my first day doing any type of exercise. It has been many years since I did any "intentional" moving. I did the Walk it off in 30 days. My July goal is to do 2 miles a day for the rest of the month.

    July 11 -2 miles.
