5.5 miles golfing this morning.
I did a round of golf today too!! But can't seem to convince the people I golf with that they could walk... oh well ..push mowed the lawn at my mom's house after the golf game.

i Just finished golfing. I was the only walker in this mornings group. I just wear earbuds and bust a move so I can keep up. Riding in the cart hurts my bad back. I can not take the bouncing around. I wish we could golf together.0 -

Another birthday party over, I have had cake 4 times this week. And I feel it.... massive headache this morning from the sugar... I will feed my company the last of the retirement cake and thank goodness there is no left over birthday cake at my house!! Some days I have no will power but the gross coating in my mouth that will last for a couple days will strengthen will power for a couple weeks...lol

I am finally getting in some hiking! It has been a rough winter, but climbing my beloved Adirondack Mountains is finally kicking me into gear! I have tackled the small starter ones and am on to the higher elevations-she says hopefully :laugh: !

Ok i haven't been checking in as i am working 6 and or 7 days a week. My vacation got moved as our new people are all just pain in the you know what's. So I'm covering their shifts and they are complaining about not having any hours. Well hello stop asking off and work.

Hi Everyone! My knee is feeling so much better just from cutting back on my workouts. hoping 1 more month will do it, then slowly bring my workouts back. It has been such a busy month. Tomorrow I celebrate my 31st wedding anniversary. We have been together 33 years but married 31. I can't believe I turn 50 next week! Just crazy. Anyway, everyone is doing so well, and I agree with everyone else, this isn't a race to see who can walk more, this is just for fun and to keep ourselves motivated.

Made it to the beach, then a short walk on the nature trail. Spotted some blueberries so will have to go back with a bigger container than my granddaughters' little hand. Although she ate everything we picked, so probably not many will get to the container.!

LOL Lilymay Thanks for the offer, but I have a 2 year-old of my own to chase around. My goodness, did they always move this fast or was I quicker in my younger days???? :laugh: I had boys and I thought they could move at the speed of a comet, but she moves faster than "greased lightening." :laugh:
