    Current weight 268.00. Lost. 2 more lbs
    Total weight loss 16.4 lbs

    I must say I was not perfect OMAD over 4th of July weekend, so I am thrilled!!!

    Current weight 267.00. Lost 1 lb

    Total weight loss 17.4 lbs.

    I'm happy that the scale is moving in the right direction. My clothes are getting loose. I was able to hit 10k steps on my fit bit three days this week.

    Keep noticing how your clothes feel, especially your jeans. If your pants feel like they are getting looser, even if your weight loss is slowing that means you have more muscle and less fat!
