Day 2, yes tracking as I go, will get in my walk, trying to get in 100 oz, will read Matthew 3-4 and chapter two in Draw The Circle. My high is Date Day with the hubby. We are going out to eat at Super Salad then to see the newest Star Trek movie. Low? Mood 8/102

Your personal commitment? Yes. Went to bed earlier, although not early enough...better than doing an all nighter
What was your high and low for the day? Able to rise earlier and eat earlier, big for me. Low was eating the rest of the peach cobbler that I made, it was a hard fight and I lost.
Mood on a scale of 1-10? 6, not my best, really tired.

Recap my day: walked 2.5 miles. Did my Bible reading which talked about Jesus' being tempted. He used scripture to get the devil off his back. The book I am reading is a 40 day devotional about prayer. Jesus' temptation lasted 40 days. A neat coincidence. So in the first chapter there was an interesting observation: "If you want God to do something new in you, you cannot keep doing the same old thing. You have to do something different. And if you do, God will create new capacities within you."
High point was spending time with my husband. I appreciate that he has set aside this day each week to nature our relationship. Low point was not getting to talk to my mom. Never could get through on the phone.2 -
