I had my RNY 12/15 and I've gained back 30lbs. I went through a difficult time and turned to eating what I shouldn't. I fear I've stretched my pouch. How can I get back on track? I'm devastated and I've let myself down. Any advice would be appreciated.

Just get back on the horse. You can do this. Start from scratch - bust your diet back down to basics like you did just after surgery and retrain your eating habits. If you have trigger foods, eliminate them. If you're having issues with hunger, try increasing the number of times you eat per day but make sure it isn't junk and do it with smaller portions. Increase your water intake - often, our body tells us we're hungry when we're actually thirsty.

Just remember, you can do this and you're not alone.

Have you tried doing a 5 day pouch reset? I've seen a lot of people be very successful restarting their weight loss with it...
