    What type of exercise was it? Cooked and cleaned. I'm going to try and get on my mini stepper/eliptical tonight if I can! Even just for 5 minutes.
    How much water did you drink? Not enough - must drink more!
    Your personal commitment? Logging, cooking, cleaning...getting out of bed! :)
    What was your high and low for the day? High: Pain is OK so far today, so NO LOW! :)

    Update - I did it! I did 5 minutes on the elliptical right after I wrote this. Happy I did it however, it triggered a worse migraine. Oh well. Still pushed through!

    Your personal commitment? Did not meet any.... went to a specialist out of town; felt like that used up every ounce of energy.
