Hi! You can add me.0

My diary is open. It is subject to change drastically though so be warned, lol! I have been keto (2nd go of it in the past 5 years) since May 1st. I am still playing around with macros and calories to see what works best for me. Not just for weight loss, but for general well being. I am trying to make this a permanent way of life so as to not get back into the diet roller coaster. I just want to FEEL the best I possibly can so I am constantly tweaking things.
Feel free to peek in anytime!1 -

You would click on their name, which leads you to a pop up where you would click on THEIR NAME again, then hit add friend. There's probably an easier way, but you can burn more calories the long way. Hahahahaha!3 -
Oh, dangit...I'm Lori and I am supportive. I engage frequently, adding two cents, motivating, supporting and encouraging. I've found it invaluable. However, if I notice a 'friend' who doesn't engage after repeated attempts on my part, then I recognize that they didn't work out for me and move on.
THAT being said, I will add anyone, post often, log every day.6 -

Hi, please feel free to add me also. I'm not new to mfp, but only about 6 weeks in to low carb/keto woe and twenty days in at tracking my food again, I'm still playing with my macros and trying to get my fat in.0

Hey guys! Not new to keto or mfp...but feel free to add me! Not eating LCHF for weight loss but rather for PCOS reasons and its appetite suppressing wonders. According to my ticker, I've been logging consistently for 1,360 days and I've been keto for almost one year.
I haven't been trying to actively lose weight but looking back, I've lost almost 9 pounds at maintenance level calories.3 -
You can add me. LCHF for 2mos. & trying to adjust to not really having an appetite & getting my fat intake consistent.0

I'm always happy to have new friends. I don't log food anymore as I'm trying to follow hunger queues and not think so much about calories and macros.
I've been faithfully Keto since May 2015. Started for weight loss with a goal of about 35-40 pounds. Really wanted to kick my hard core sugar habit too. I've lost about 30 pounds and went from a size 12 to a 6. Been the same weight since about January but lost a pant size in that time. Go figure...
Staying Keto for life now because I feel freakin amazing this way and it's been great for ADHD and helped me reduce stimulant medication.
My 22 year old daughter with T1D is low carb too, probably not Keto most of the time though. She's greatly improved her health in a short time this way.
Anyway, feel free to add me!2 -
I haven't logged my food diary everyday for a year, but am always open to new friends!
I found that I wasn't learning anymore from logging a carnivore diet, so I stopped. I've continued to lose weight since then, and have made it to my goal weight of 165 pounds!
I did log every bite for the first few months after beginning this woe, and know that it helped me learn what (and what not) to eat! In the past I didn't think I could succeed with losing weight without logging my foods. It's been wonderful to learn that I can!
Anyway, I'm always accepting of new friends!! Best of luck to all of you!2 -
anyone is welcome to add me0

I've been off low carb for a few months, but am back at it. LCHF, specifically. I love my bulletproof coffee for breakfast! It helps start the day, and doesn't leave me hungry. Add me, and we can all do this together!0
