So yesterday I drank 128 of my 144oz. This is harder then I thought it was going to be. Today I am aiming to completely cut all other drinks out and make sure I'm getting my water in.0

Alright so yesterday I only drank 32oz of water I work overnights and I slept pretty much all day so (extra tired yesterday) I just started overnights a couple weeks ago and I'm finding it difficult to get a good eating schedule going.0
