Challenge #1 (Aug 14th-8/20)

So I figured for the first week we'd start off with something semi-easy. Lets all try to drink half our body weight in oz of water every day (ex. If you weight 200lbs you would drink 100oz of water). I for one drink weight to much soda and find it very hard to stop, but maybe I can crowd it out by increasing my water intake instead.
So come back everyday in week 1 and comment how much water you should have drank and how much you did drink. Lets aim for hitting our goal everyday this week

I'm in at 92 ounces.2

My weight puts me at about 80 ounces. I typically aim for about 64 oz each day. Love starting the challenge by focusing on quality hydration.
@jadeous - I found that switching to Perrier when I was craving soda helped me kick the soda habit. Sometimes I still enjoy the bubbly water.3 -
I'm a soda fanatic! At least a six pack per day. I know, right?! So I need 105 oz of water per day. Good thing I'm doing summer term online! I can be close to the lavatory! :-) I'm sooooo ready to do this and quit soda for good!3

76 oz/9.5 glasses. I bought this cool water jug type bottle at the healthfood store that holds 2 litres/8 glasses yesterday. I think I will fill it up everyday plus drink a glass and a half of water first thing with my vitamins.1
