Here's where things stand thus far:
Goals are:
Take my daily vitamins: Missed 3 days and toe cramps are back.
Up my H2O to 100 oz/day: Yes, glug, glug.
Discipline to combat eating triggers: Have done well, but discovered I have an issue with having only one glass of wine after having gone to a party last night. Food discipline was great, but drank too much wine. So am adding "No alcohol" to my goals.
Carbs <20g: Macros have been great with carbs below 20g
Exercise 30 min walking 30 min 5x/wk: Yuppers! This next week, I'm planning to step it up by adding a short morning walk since the weather is beginning to change with cooler temps in the a.m.
Find a new social activity: I have a planned new social activity that starts in January...so what to do in the meantime. There is a card club that meets at the senior center (you only have to be 55 to attend the senior center events), so I am planning to go this week to try it out.1 -
