Penalties for going over calories

I really like Saree1902's idea about having penalties for going over calories. I think we should do this everyday. So if you go over your calories come here and pick an exercise and tell us about it. Pick one exercise for every 100 calories you are over.
20 push ups
20 squats
20 lunges
1 minute plank
30 jumping jacks
or something equivalent that you prefer

    Oh this is going to be brutal for me. I'm at 1300 calories and often go over when I'm feeling particularly hungry. Looks like a tough rest of the year for me :/

    I'm 400 calories over for 8/15... Looks like I'll be doing 80 push ups this week.

    Should've kept my mouth shut!
    Was 700 over yesterday so I'll be busy with these later!!

    I keep getting the message that I''m not eating enough. Ugh, this part is hard. Weekly food prep tomorrow (usually done on Sunday). That way I'll have plenty to eat for the week.

    This part of the challenge will help me. I used to be good about logging my meals but over the summer I got so busy with having to move that I stopped altogether. Hoping to get back on track with that and this little challenge will come in handy with staying under.
