I started this process about 5 weeks ago. Starting weight 172.8 Current after 5 weeks is 180.8lbs. My calorie goal when I started was 1800. My first week I upped to 1950 then steady a 100 calorie increase to where I am now at 2400. My TDEE is ( so I think) 2700 so I have to reach 2700 first before I do anything else. Ill post my weekly stats and maybe you guys can help me along as I move forward.
