1) Yes
2) Yes, every day, first think in the morning
3) For feedback. I like seeing the overall trend, while at the same time recognizing how little a single point on the graph actually matters.0 -
1) Yes
2) Varies. I've had a toxic relationship with the scale in the past so I have to make sure I have a good headspace before I jump on.
3) It's a good tracking tool so I keep it around. More important for me is how I feel and how my clothes fit.0 -
1) Yes
2) Yes, first thing every morning
3) Keeps me out of denial. I look at the weight trends instead of a single data point (Happy Scale app). In the past when I avoided scale I ALWAYS gained. And much more than I would have thought.1 -
- yes

1. No, DW forbade me getting on hers b/c she was afraid I would break it!
2. I use scale in pool locker room a couple days a week. Like a Drs scale. I weigh with only my boxers on to inflate my ego by seeing a weight about two pounds below my official WW clothed WI number.
3. Because the scale doesn't lie even when I say I have been doing EVERYTHING right.0 -
1. Yes
2. Morning & Evening
3. Because I am ObsessiveCompulsive Disorder0 -
1. Yes
2. Every Friday morning.
3. I'm trying not to focus solely on weight but more on exercise and lifestyle (eating right, etc). If I get that in shape, the weight will take care of itself. That is my theory but I've only been doing it a few weeks. Still a work in progress.0 -
1. Yes
2. First thing in the morning, last thing at night and a few times in between.
3. It helps keep me focused on weight management.0 -
Yes
Every week to two weeks
Progress check0 -

Ditto0 -
Only have one at work
Weigh almost daily
Want to make sure I am tracking properly0 -
Yes
Couple of times a week
My official WI is at gym on Fri after spin class, but like to get some mid-week feedback. I've learned to go more on how my clothes feel rather than my weight, largely because of exercise-associated water gains really goof with my numbers.0 -
* I do weigh at home.
* I weigh once/day, first thing the morning.
* Though I purposefully didn't weigh at home in losing mode, now that I'm maintaining I find it helps guide my intake on a daily basis. I'm also informed about the 7-day moving average, putting a little big-picture context on how I'm doing.0 -
What Rip said;
1) yes
2) First thing in the morning

Just about every day
I'm maintaining. It's my first line of defense.0 -

Use them as data points and graph the trend to keep myself sane about any fluctuations.0 -
1) I do, cause I used while I was an online memeber
2) No
3) Cause I use the little scale again and will see the results on Saturday at my meeting0 -

I'll take the Daily Double because sometimes I step on again later in the day for additional feedback (after workout sweat, big meal, pooping, etc.) I like the data.0 -
1) Yes
2) Before my morning shower, before going to bed, and other random times.
3) For me, not weighing myself is a "yellow flag" behavior.1 -
1) Yes.
2) When I want to know how much I weigh.
3) The scale is a tool. I try not to obsess over it.0 -
Yes!! Mo data, mo betta! I bought the same professional scales our WW meetings use (on sale) as a gift to myself just before reaching my healthy weight. My old scale had died and I was disappointed with all the different scale readings at our local bed, bath store.
I am probably a bit obsessive about some things but have learned to look at my average weight more than any one reading on the scale.
Weekly weighings sorta do that but with only single data points.1 -
1)Yes
2) Once a day
3) Keep an eye on my overall progress.0 -
1) Yes, I have a scale I can use to weigh myself.
2) Yes, I weigh in to monitor my weight and typically weekly sometimes a couple times a week.
3) To stay aware of my weight and react if it is creeping up or celebrate if it goes down.0 -
1) Yes
2) First thing every morning (well, second thing usually)
3) Because if the numbers go up, the little white lies I told myself about that extra spoonful of PB "not really counting" are proved untrue and I need to stop kidding myself.0 -
1. Yes
2. Every day, first thing in the morning.
3. track overall progress, I keep a daily and a 7 day running average to smooth out the ups and downs.0
