Sorry I've been a little Mia this week, it's been a busy one. So this week how about we pick an exercise goal and try to stick to it. I'm gonna aim for 30 mins at least 5 days this week. I currently don't exercise at all so I think this will be a good challenge for me. All right guys lets do this!

My goal is an hour per day, 6 to 7 days. I have 48 minutes in so far today. Will either finish up with a HIIT workout or yoga or maybe both.
