Yes!! Mo data, mo betta! I bought the same professional scales our WW meetings use (on sale) as a gift to myself just before reaching my healthy weight. My old scale had died and I was disappointed with all the different scale readings at our local bed,bath store.
I am probably a bit obsessive about some things but have learned to look at my average weight more than any one reading on the scale.
Weekly weighings sorta do that but with only single data points.1 -
