    2) Yes, every day, first think in the morning
    3) For feedback. I like seeing the overall trend, while at the same time recognizing how little a single point on the graph actually matters.

    I'll take Steve-O for $200, Alex.

    ;)

I'll take the Daily Double because sometimes I step on again later in the day for additional feedback (after workout sweat, big meal, pooping, etc.) I like the data.

Yes!! Mo data, mo betta! I bought the same professional scales our WW meetings use (on sale) as a gift to myself just before reaching my healthy weight. My old scale had died and I was disappointed with all the different scale readings at our local bed, bath store.

I am probably a bit obsessive about some things but have learned to look at my average weight more than any one reading on the scale.
Weekly weighings sorta do that but with only single data points.

    3) To stay aware of my weight and react if it is creeping up or celebrate if it goes down. :)

    1) Yes
    2) First thing every morning (well, second thing usually)
    3) Because if the numbers go up, the little white lies I told myself about that extra spoonful of PB "not really counting" are proved untrue and I need to stop kidding myself.

    2. Most mornings. In the past (when I was at or below my goal weight), I weighed EVERY morning. Now that I'm a little over goal (by 3 pounds) and back in losing mode, usually only every 2-3 days.
    3. Track progress

    2) First thing in the morning, several days a week. My goal is to weigh in daily, but I'm a creature of habit, and that habit isn't set yet.
    3) Accountability and perspective. Plus, all my friends are doing it.
