    Now I'm thirsty!

I do find it easier to get my liquids in when the weather is hotter.
Have I mentioned lately that I still follow GHG?

IMHO, I think it is a mistake that smart points doesn't require them.
    Just sayin'

It amuses me when Newbies complain about drinking ALL THAT WATER or EATING ALL THOSE POINTS! Yet we (myself included) never paused to think "How did I eat XXXX calories per day for years and not worry about it?"

Drinks are on me! I'll buy a round of water FOR ALL GOADs!

Yeah WW required 6 glasses but I am sure I do more than 8.

My record is about 22 large (25 oz ea) water bottles in 13 hours. Cycling over 200 miles in the 90 degree plus range will do that to ya. I weighed within 1/2 LB at the end of the double century ride. Lots of riders in the medical tent at the finish line who didn't drink enough.

And of course a dozen of those large water bottles were filled with electrolytes too.

Hydrating is not a challenge for me. I usually drink at least 4 cups of water by noon. If I don't, I notice. I'll be curious to see how my ML makes this topic interesting.

Actually, if I don't, I get leg cramps. Have to be vigilant during an evening of imbibing.

I'm a lightweight (only when it comes to drinking, unfortunately) so 8 beers would see me on the floor.

I don't find it easy to drink 8 cups of just water a day, but as long as I can add some kind of flavour to it, I usually manage.

Love my water. I know it helps with weight loss also which is eluding me at the present.

Not a problem for me once WW took away the restriction that only water counted. Between coffee all morning long, a Diet Coke or two for lunch, then decaf iced tea during the afternoon and evening, I am hydrated. I do drink straight water when golfing on a hot day - works better to avoid the leg cramps that @Al_Howard mentioned.

I've just recently experienced a leg cramp off and on after falling asleep. If drinking water will help that, then I need to make a conscious effort to drink more water. Never heard anything about leg cramps before.

I find a little fruit juice in the water makes it much more doable for me. Beer I have no trouble with. Back in the day, I could come close to the required water intake with beer....but those days are over.
