Correct My Form

I would like to create a thread to allow people to post videos of themselves performing various exercises, in order to get help with their form. Many people with have the same technique issues, so hopefully by posting a video you can help others in the group as well.

    I'd post my DL videos but I don't have any.. I just know that my knees try to kiss when I DL.. any idea how to fix that? I do normal DL's by the way.

    As far as during the exercise itself, I would try and think about screwing your feet into the ground (left leg - counterclockwise, right leg - clockwise). This should help activate your glutes, which should help keep your knees apart. Another thing you could try, on an off day or after your heavy sets, is put a mini band around your knees while doing some light sets - really focusing on stretching the band the whole time.

    Would really help. I do have great core strength due to pole fitness so If I just have to engage the abs I should be able to do that..
    But I don't really get what you mean about screwing my feet into the ground, so a video or a pic would really help if you could be so kind.

    Hey @JonDrees I did these yesterday.. turns out you're right, my form was all wrong.
    Managed to up the weight by 30 kg so now I'm at 70 kg DL ;) I think that's good considdering I'm only 58 :P
