what vitamins and supplements are you using or none?

Sorry if this is an well-worn topic, but I can't find a search button.....
Since there are so many long-time LCHF people here, I'm just wondering what the opinion is on this topic.
When I first began eating this way, the only info I knew about it came from Atkin's book and he had a list of supplements he recommended taking. I have been taking some (biotin, B-complex, CO-Q10, acetyl L-carnatine and chromium picolinate and a multi-vitamin with iron). I have noticed that on days I forget to take them I seem to have a lot more hunger (hanger) issues. I haven't seen anything saying DON'T take them, but I don't recall finding other sources saying you should take supplements. Of course, since I joined here, I have found many more sources but not had time to go through them yet.

I may be the odd person out with a very short list (though long on words).
100mg of chelated magnesium glycinate for leg cramps and
Increased sodium via salty chicken boullion with extra table salt added.
Currently "experimenting" with a multi-vitamin. Seems prudent to me but the one I chose caused gastrointestinal issues so stopped it on 8/24 and am now ok in the gastro department. Will try again or try another brand.
ETA: I'm only 5 months keto so my needs may change.2 -
I only use fish oils times a week.
I have some b12 that I take when I feel down.

Sublingual B12(5000mg): I had slacked off taking my B12 and got turned away from donating blood twice with hemoglobin of 12.3 and 12.4 4 days apart). 3 doses of the sublingual B12 (day of second rejection, next day, morning of second day) and my hemoglobin jumped to 13.4.
D3 (5000mg)
Pacific Coast NutriLabs fish omega 3 fish oil capsules (2)
Jigsaw magnesium w/ SRT. 2 pills in am, 2 in pm.
MK-7 (vitamin K2), 1 capsule daily
Healthy Origin's Probiotic (30million CFUs). 1 capsule daily.
These are all on a "when I remember basis". I definitely do better with the D3, B12 and mag.3 -
I just take a multi and a probiotic in the morning, and a magnesium tablet at night.
(These normally live in the fridge, but the bathroom lighting was better.)2 -
Here's my current list: It's a bit long, too.
Pharmax Finest Pure Fish oil (liquid): 1 tsp daily w EPA 950 mg and DHA 725 mg.
Vit K2: 100 mcg
Zinc Glycinate: 30 mg
D3: 2000 IU
Cinnamon capsules: 2000 mg plus chromium picolinate: 3 per day
Chelated Magnesium bislycinate: 200 mg 2 per day
Alive Women's 50+ Ultra Potency Daily Vitamin: 1 per day.
B complex sublingual (liquid)
Biotin softgel: 10,000 mcg
Calcium: 1200 plus D3 - Current on hold due to studies showing increase heart attacks in those supplementing calcium. Currently researching.
These are broken up at different times of the day.

Be careful with melatonin. That's a very large dose. Even the 3mg which is the lowest dose I've found in stores is best broken into 3 to 6 pieces for proper dosing to prevent your own melatonin from down regulating.2 -
My vitamin intake is geared towards stopping my hair loss and relieving some arthritis in my hands.
Solgar 7 joint support pathways
Solgar formula V multi vitamin every other day
Solgar b complex every other day
Solgar saw palmetto opuntia with lycopene. (Apparently stop the hormone that promotes hairloss)
Solgar L Arginine 1000 mg
Solgar glutamine 1000 mg. - will stop these two when I run out
Lamberts Florisene to maximise hair growth
The only one I am certain works is the Solgar 7 for joint as the pain and bumps on my hands lessen when I take it.
Was told to go for a good quality vitamin and Solgar was recommended. Not cheap but maybe this is a case of you get what you pay for.
Worry about making my body toxic with all these though and creating inflammation.2 -
Multivitamin- b complex - vitamin C - potassium - magnesium - vitamin D. I take the multivitamin at night, the rest in the am.1

I don't take any vitamins or supplements. I do think you may need to up your electrolytes while adapting, but don't necessarily believe you must continue to keep them high after you have adapted.
While in adaptation, I could see upping sodium intake, potassium intake (use a "lite" salt), and magnesium (that usually is in pills). I doubt there's much need for more than that, especially if your diet is fresh meat centered. If you have documented deficiencies in nutrients, obviously supplement to replenish those.4 -

This is why I take D3 and B12 (documented deficiencies). The fish oil is an attempt to raise my HDL, the mag is for muscle cramping and also migraines and I plan to ditch the probiotic once I am done my current bottle.2 -

I want to thank everyone who has answered so far. I was wondering if I was kinda the oddball who took a bunch of pills every day. I'M really surprised only one person far has said they take none. I also find it interesting that many of us take a combination of deficiency replacements, and supplementals.2

I was prescribed 15 mg by a psychiatrist for chronic insomnia with no ill effects, although some people have nightmares for a couple weeks even on small doses. He said they routinely prescribed those levels and even a bit higher for children and adolescents, too.
I currently take 6 mg each night.0 -

The best way to avoid needing supps with LCHF is to eat plenty of offal. Unfortunately, due to consumer tastes, getting it can be a pain in the *kitten*. Most of the stuff never even sees a market, and just ends up being used in pet food and the like.
Make friends with a butcher who runs his own shop though, and you'd be amazed at what you can get.2 -
On top of my prescriptions for thyroid medication and progesterone, I'm taking magnesium, selenium (for T4/T3 conversion), Tryptophan (for insomnia), GABA (for insomnia) Ashwaghanda (for adrenal issues), B12 (deficient), D3 (deficient) and B6 (to help metabolize the Tryptophan). But I am quite ill, having had several years of almost intolerable insomnia brought on by decades of insufficient thyroid treatment.1

Honestly I fell out of the habit of taking my supplements months ago and haven't started back. I feel ok and my latest labs didn't show anything low. I have a liquid electrolyte mix I use after tough workouts or if I think I'm at risk of dehydration.
So now I guess there are 2 no supplements/vitamin people here!4
