I think I guessed my starting weight too high. There is no way I lost 2 lbs. So I am adjusting my Starting weight and Goal weight.
This is my semi-Weekly Check-in! Height: 5'4"
Goal Weight (Sept 30th) : 123.0 lbs. *New GW (Sept 30th) : 120.0 lbs.
Start Weight (Aug 31st) : 127.8 lbs. *New SW (Sept 3rd) : 124.8 lbs.

We learn something even on the bad days / weeks. All of it moves us forward even if we can't see it yet. We "will" get there!1 -
I've been SO terrible since I got back from my vacation! I thought that getting back into a regular routine with teaching would help, but my lunch and planning times are both so early that I'm starving and exhausted when I get home. I haven't been exercising, and I almost literally GORGE myself at dinner because I haven't eaten since 11:15am (that's the END of my lunch period...).
So now that it's been a month...no more excuses!

September Goal Weight: 171 or less
Ideal Scenario: Be under 170 by the time I go to Rome on October 6.
So I've got almost 5 weeks to lose about 7lbs....totes doable, as long as I STOP MAKING EXCUSES and just DO IT!
I'll be getting back to Spin Class on Tuesday/Thursday, keep up with my 3x weekly lifting program (Body Sculpting Bible for Women), and go for at least two 45-minute walk/runs per week. We want to go clothes shopping at the end of the month and I'd really like to buy at least one pair of pants at my regular size to keep me going until I can drop down again.

Had another good week, kept up the good eating, thought I looked bloody gorgeous when I saw myself in the mirror during my spinning class the other day, so high expectations this morning. And you know what? Nothing. Zilch. Nada. Pfffft. I blame Tom.
