I had a cup of white raw cabbage today because it helps me with sugar cravings and I love cabbage.. And then I had one small cherrie tomato too.. I'm afraid that it might have been too much carbs and kicked me off ketosis.. Anyone that can set my mind at ease please???

1 C raw white cabbage: 4g carbs
1 cherry tomato: .7g carbs
4.7g carbs isn't bad for a single meal, but eat some fat and a bit of protein with your next meal. I don't know what your carb goals are, but I work strict LC and that looks just fine to me0 -
I'm also strict low carb.. I stay far away from sugar.. not even sweetners are on my menu.... I'm not over weight... just trying to lose a little bit from me hips and love handles... my carb goal is less then 50g a day1

I think you're over stressing the details. If your carbs are coming from veggies, don't worry so much about it6
