Did you stray from your plan? Have a cheeseburger or a whole meal on the way home to dinner? Finish off the rest the pizza that was intended for lunch the next day? Did getting a small snack turn into a meal's worth of calories? Did you let loose for a day and it turned into a weekend or a week?

Even when my weight loss line is well below the trend line and regresses back to the trend line as my body adjusts on a given week, it still bugs the kitten out of me. As a numbers person, I am not sure that I will ever not care about how much I weigh and what that number is.0

I've been on a steady decline for 11 weeks and had a 4 lb gain this week!
I know what happened... I am responsible... I own it and move on!

The holiday weekend was 5 days long and I didn't get back on track after. Yesterday was better thanks to my son who finished rest of my burrito that I said I wouldn't take home (I would have taken it and eaten it yesterday for sure!). Even back within my DPs yesterday, I ate mostly junk and felt like junk too! Yuck!0
