Poor poor little boobies... I knew you well...
After losing about 40lb 3 years ago, my boobies, as a 23yr old... Looks more like those of a 50yr old. All saggy. I wonder where I'll end up after losing the next 20lb...

When I lost weight my breasts looked better. They got smaller, but not saggy. Hmm... I wonder why the difference?0

I have no idea. It's not that the skin looks loose or anything, they're just sagging. And my sportbras are starting to get a bit roomy now so I'm probably losing some more there. Lol might end up with almost nothing after I hit goal.1 -
Q: What's the most popular bra size for women over the age of 50?

NOOOOO! When I was little, my grandma would let me help her bathe. And I used to say "I don't want hotdogs for boobs one day" .... Because I suppose her boobs looked long like hotdogs to me ..6 -

Hahahahaha!!
But for real. I lost a lot of my boobs in the last few years. I lost weight, lost the boobs, gained some weight and the boobs didn't come back with it. BS!!! Though I have to say, if you lift, add a bunch of chest work into your program. My boobs got significantly perkier since doing that.5 -

Yeah...they droop enough, and you can see all the pecs behind the droop...
Ask me how I know. No, wait! Don't. I might cry a bit.
Skin takes WAY too long to tighten back in.3 -

I feel like I've lost my boob to band size fairly proportionately, However, they are a little smaller than they were in the beginning for sure. My bands and cups on my bras are both a little big (holding off buying new ones until I can't get away with wearing my current ones anymore- thankfully, I was wearing them on the outer hook and now I'm on the inner one).
I'll go take my moment of silence now... XD4 -
I'm not there yet, but I know I will be once I lose more weight. It happened to me at 20. I had my first baby and went from an A cup to a full C, if not a D, during pregnancy and breastfeeding. When I stopped breastfeeding, my breasts completely deflated. I seriously thought to myself, "what 80 year old took my boobs and gave me hers?". I was not warned about that. Lol.5

Yeah that def makes it worse, doesn't it. There's this halo around all things motherhood. It's not a magical mystery. It's life and it's real. I could have done with a few warnings, y'know.
I breastfed all 4 of mine. I was a G cup while breastfeeding. But after the 4th kid, the DDs were kind of deflated. Now I wear a small C, but that's really only because I'm in denial. I'm probably a B cup now. My 13-year-old will pass me up within the year probably.
Sad little pancakes they are. I'm going to start taking collagen to hopefully help with that and the other skin issues I have after losing.2 -

Lol at the pancake refrence. That's a very accurate description. I wore a B cup for years when I should have been wearing an A. I finally swallowed my pride and bought an A. It felt so much better. All boobs are special, especially pancakes. Pancakes are a much loved food. We should be proud!5 -
My 12 year old is a DD. She definitely didn't get those from me.2

I'll be 50 in 2 months. A good bra fixes droopy boobs! Weight loss and nursing were worth it!10 -

Well, I used to get complaints from DH, but he always teases anyway. If there is nothing to criticize, he will seriously come up with something. It's his talent. I asked him if he would prefer I regain the weight so he can have the bewbs back. Never seen him answer so fast. That was a big fat "NO!" lol!3 -

Rockin' that dress! Daaaaayum.4 -
I can say that the loss of 160 ish pounds left my, previously, DDD girls deflated to a D "long", lol! I had a lift done a month ago, and LOVE, how they are now!!! Don't know what the cup size will be yet (still some swelling to get past) but right now looks like a C will be my future, and I'm loving it! Was worth it in many ways!7
