Went to see my Dr today since starting my LCHF journey in May.She ran my A1C and guess what it is?? 5.1!! Down from 7.1 in April. Dr was very impressed and of course I had to give credit to this WOE, because for me, it is truly healing my body! #keto4life #Medfree #goals
