Does the calculator automatically cut the 15% for me? So, the calories of 1565 on the Calculator is what I should be consuming daily? Also, eating the 1565 amount of calories and doing the macros? Thanks

Hi @carlene7
I know all the numbers can be a bit confusing when you're starting out! Hopefully I can help!
It depends what info you are putting into the calculator, I don't know which bit is giving you the 1565.
The BMR number is the minimum you need to function as in if you were in a coma. Obviously we all need to be eating more than that!
The TDEE number is the amount your body needs to maintain where you are currently.
The other number (based on your goal) will depend on what you put in!
Also, pay attention to the activity level. Be honest with how active you are as many people under estimate.
Hope that helped?

Welcome @carlene7
Feel free to ask any more questions.
I believe on the calculator at the site you can choose to maintain your weight, (tdee) or lose (tdee minus 10 or 15%)1 -
