I've been SO terrible since I got back from my vacation! I thought that getting back into a regular routine with teaching would help, but my lunch and planning times are both so early that I'm starving and exhausted when I get home. I haven't been exercising, and I almost literally GORGE myself at dinner because I haven't eaten since 11:15am (that's the END of my lunch period...).

So now that it's been a month...no more excuses!

    Age: 30
    Height: 5'7"
    September Start Weight: 176.9
September Goal Weight: 171 or less
Ideal Scenario: Be under 170 by the time I go to Rome on October 6.

So I've got almost 5 weeks to lose about 7lbs....totes doable, as long as I STOP MAKING EXCUSES and just DO IT!

I'll be getting back to Spin Class on Tuesday/Thursday, keep up with my 3x weekly lifting program (Body Sculpting Bible for Women), and go for at least two 45-minute walk/runs per week. We want to go clothes shopping at the end of the month and I'd really like to buy at least one pair of pants at my regular size to keep me going until I can drop down again.

Strength and courage, sisters! We can do it!

    Check-in...

    Sept 1: 176.9
Sept 12: 178.1 (YIKES!!! I'm not entirely sure how that happened...sigh. Gonna blame it on monthly bloat and having friends over this weekend...)
    Sept 16:
    Sept 23:
    Sept 30:
Oct 6 (goal date): Under 170...I hope!

New plan: Keep up with the exercise, because I've actually been doing okay. Last week was weird and off because it was Homecoming and I was head of that committee, so I missed a few workouts for HC related events. As far as food goes, I apparently can't be trusted on my own, so it's back to the Extreme Fat SMASH by Dr. Ian Smith. It helped me lose over 20lbs for my wedding (of which I've gained back almost 15 in two years...), so hopefully it will kick-start my loss this time and help me beat this plateau!

Amazing how many of us are within site of our goal!! I'll jump in and hope your posts provide the motivation to FINALLY dump the last 10!!
    SW: 139
    GW: 130

I've spent the last 8 months focused on lifting heavy and gaining muscle - time to rid the fluff and see my great work! NOW time to ditch the wine...not exactly on the "menu" for greatness.

I would like to join you! I have been trying to lose 2-3 kg just by eating healthier for ages but left to my own devices, I obviously eat too much. So I have decided to log in all food here and hopefully see results!

UGW: 128 (for now - might change once I get there)
    Height: 5'1

9/1: 132 - I'm not too concerned that I went up b/c I know I haven't eaten over 3500 calories to gain actual pounds. Water weight is a mother, lol.
    9/9: 131.3
9/16: 130.8 - the last 2 days I weight in at 130.4, so I'm thinking it's a little water weight from my cycle that's due next week or from working out. Either way, I'm really happy with my progress.

Hello Everyone! I hope you are doing well! Here's my week 3/4 weigh in.

    Height: 162 (5ft 3.5)
    GW: 54kg
    UGW: 53kg

    August 26: 56kg (123.5lbs)?
    September 3: 56kg (123.5lbs)
    September 10: 55kg (121.3lbs)
    September 17: 55kg (121.3lbs)
    September 24:
    October 1st:

I maintained my weight this week, but I'm seeing changes on my body, I feel like I'm getting leaner specially on my belly, my abs are showing up :) and I feel like I'm losing some fat on my lower body.
This week I decided to increase my calorie intake (not too much but I was still in defict) and I decided to do less HIIT and do more cardio.
    Have a good weekend!

I've been doing pretty well with the Fat Smash and staying on my exercise this week, so YAY! I've had to adjust a few days because I want to get more protein in, but I've mostly stuck to 1200-1400 calories, even with a glass of wine here and there. I think this week I'll cut out the wine altogether (after Tuesday) and see how that goes. I'm going to be super busy after work 3/5 days this week, so I really need to be vigilant about getting my workouts in as soon as I leave the school.
