Week 10, can you believe it? How is it going? My 50th birthday was Friday and I had hoped to be at goal, but I am still way off. I can't look back, just going to accept it and move forward 1 pound at a time. This week I am joining a challenge with a friend and if you want to do this challenge here, let me know and I will make a posting. Starting out small with at least 8000 steps a day, 10 cups of water and tracking everything that crosses my lips. I will be doing this for a month. So if your interested let me know. Best of luck to everyone with this weeks weigh in.

Well, I was down a bit more on Friday, but I blew it over the weekend with football, so some of the water weight is back. My knee has been bothering for the last month also, and haven't been walking as much. Finally made an appointment to get that checked out next Monday. Onward to next week!1 -
@kayjosh2422 I'm in for the challenge! The only step tracker I have is on my phone and it over estimates quiet a bit. Anyone know of a better one? (Both my bands for fitbit flex broke and can't afford new ones yet.)

@megannxx I use MapMyFitness app. I've compared the steps to my Garmin and they are fairly close each time.1
