Ginger Chèvre (goat cheese) with WHAT?

I got some lovely handmade ginger chèvre at a local fair and it's sitting in my fridge cause I have absolutely no idea what to spread it on. I would normally use crackers but they're out. Celery doesn't seem ginger friendly? Maybe.

Ideas?

    I've heard of people making keto crackers using parmesan cheese, essentially they put little piles of cheese on parchment paper and bake it until they are golden brown, then once they cool they are cracker-like. Pepperoni can be done like that too, baked flat like little crackers.

    @JessicaLCHF

    I would stuff the goat cheese inside a chicken breast and then bake it in the oven.

    I love goat cheese but I don't normally spread it on stuff. I just eat it on top of things or inside.

    Now that's something I had not considered. I have some blueberry chevre that I was looking for something different to use it for. Thanks for the idea!

    Make flax seed or sesame crackers? Or have with some sliced cucumber? I eat cheese with cucumber or just on its own.

    If you can fit in the carbs, spread it on apple slices. Or maybe mix into some steamed broccoli or cauliflower.

    Bingo!

    You can also chill the fromage divine then toss crumbles or cubettes into a salad.

    Flackers Dill or Rosemary LC flax crackers are good, too. (I don't like the Savory flavor, and Cinnamon & Currant is yummy but has more net carbs). Add a dab of SF jam and voilá! - simulated sin!

    Yes! Stuffing the chicken breasts will definitely be yum!! Smearing it on top of a steak or pork chop would also work. And i like soft cheese with baby bell peppers, it gets a little carby, so weigh and measure carefully if you're super low carb.
