    Day 7
I did 2 different sessions as I need a bit of a breather.
First session. Laps are game times.

    Holoball
    Sword Master
    Audioshield
    Longbow

I was having trouble managing the cable and decided to just switch games.

    Second Session

    Audioshield
    SwordMaster

I had a control dying towards the end of one of the songs, so I switched to play Sword Master with one hand on Expert a few rounds before calling.

I forgot to mention that I did a bout of Space Pirate Trainer. I found that if you only use the shields, and only use them in sword mode, you can get an okay workout from it.

    I'll have to try that.

    Week 1 Check In

    Weight: 217 lbs
Waist: 37.75 in. (First actual measurement)
    Weekly Weight Loss: 2 lbs
    Total Weight Loss: 2 lbs
    % of Goal (50 lbs): 2%

Having problems keeping my heart rate up with games that don't hurt my shoulder. That being said, I picked up a weight vest, so hopefully that helps. Also, I had a day where I was unable to workout but had intended to so I ate anticipating working it off.

    Day 8

Another day of two sets, this time because of syncing issues. I finally used the sync cable and that seemed to help.
Started with the weight vest and 4 pounds.

    Holoball
    Sword Master VR
    Holopoint
    Audioshield

Decide to do a small stint of Thrill of the Fight, just enough for a workout but not enough to hurt too much.

    Day 9

    Audioshield
    Weight vest: 6 lbs

Feeling exhausted today from having to work late and getting little sleep. I played through one CD on the new Epic difficulty. I love it! I'll probably play some more Onward with the weight vest. Helps the realism and it does burn a decent amount of calories, as long as you crouch/prone.

What brand weight vest are you using?

    Gold's Gym.
It is a sandbag one but I haven't had any issues with it so far.

Not counting this as part of yesterday's workout but this is what an average Onward session looks for me. I do wear the weight vest too and put on more weights.
This was at 12 pounds or so

    Day 10

    Audio shield: Expert
    Vest: 16lbs

I wanted to show some online friends how it works, so I had them pick the songs in rotation.
I played a bit of Onward earlier but it was light and thus I don't count it.

Thanks Thomas. If you use a vest, do you add the weight of your vest to your normal weight in the profile of your heart rate monitor app?

I never considered doing that for my own weighted VR workouts, but it makes sense.

I don't. I thought the reason that the HRM wanted my weight was to figure out what my heart rate should be for my body. Temporarily adding weight shouldn't effect that.
    I am completely unsure however.

    Day 12

    Holoball
    Thrill of the Fight
    Holopoint

    Weight Vest: 16 lbs

Accidentally left the weight I use for Audioshield and Onward in. It was pretty nice.
Unfortunately something I ate started making me feel a bit nauseous so I had to call it quits early.

Epic mode certainly is. The version of Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger they have linked near the top just slays me.

    Day 14:

    Holoball: 20 minutes
Thrill of the Fight: 14 minutes
    Audioshield: 26 minutes

    Weight Vest: 16 lbs.

    Burned: 649 Calories

Not posting the heart rate graph because I had to work out in spurts. I was fairly sore from my second workout the day before so it took some time to find workouts that didn't make things worse.

2 days of ~12 hour work days and another one tomorrow. Hopefully I can make up for it tomorrow.
