I did free weights for arms today and the Ronin Darebee (sword) challenge that Chris found for me. Probably having Tylenol for breakfast again tomorrow.
Been packing at work this week, we started moving today. It's been a good week for arms. (Owwww....)

I'll do this tomorrow because I had way too much with the Ninja workout and the alternating lunges for today!! Wish I'd known about the lunges before I did Beaters. I would have switched things up. **sigh**

Lifted sand bags, pulled nails out of boards and laid down plastic with rocks on top. 90 minutes of lifting felt like 20 but made me realize my upper body really needs work! Done for today, but gonna make more effort to do this more often. Needing it bad!
