Let's post our food/water/exercise on here instead of a group text message. I am still trying to figure out how to be able to see everybody's information on their diary but I have not figured that out yet. Thank you for being patient.

12,000 steps including a half hour brisk walk.
I have a 1200 calorie goal and I am under that.

Bad day. Went to dr and had to be fasting so didn't eat till6. Rachel sandwich and handful of chips. 800 steps1 -

OK everyone, with Rachel's help we were able to figure this out. When you go into our group you should be able to click on everybody's name individually. When you click on their name, in blue, it gives you a page that shows what they've done as far as how much weight they lost, if they were under their calorie goal etc. on the upper right side of that page there will be what looks like a cup and a envelope and a little book looking thing. If you click on that little book thing, underneath the word "friends", it will show you that person's diary. You can go on everyone's diary and see how they did. Check that out and let me know if that is better or if it's easier to post, on here, what we did for the day like what I did.0

For everyone to be able to see your diary, you have to go into settings and privacy/sharing. The diary sharing. Change it to friends only. Then click the check mark in the top right corner.1

Thank you Rachel. To get to that setting go to more, scroll down to settings, click on that, and then click on diary setting. You can change that to friends and we will all be able to see each other's.0

One more snag to seeing each other's diaries .... we all have to be friends. Not just in the group.0

I don't think I'm friends with everyone to be able to see everyone's diary.
I think it's easier/more convenient to just create a post on here every day and read what people ate. I like it bc then I just scroll thru all the posts and pick which one I thought did best. What does everyone else think?1 -
What I ate:
B - Cherries with skim milk
2 cups of coffee with creamer
Chobani yogurt
L - chicken and lettuce wrap
Protein bar
Cup of grapes
D - chicken pesto pasta
Caesar salad
Steamed Brussel sprouts
90 oz water
I didn't take too many steps or exercise which made me over my calorie goal - boo. Tomorrow I'm hoping to get out for a walk with the babe - too windy and cold for her yesterday.
