    Happy Friday.

    So done with this week! It has been super stressful, esp. with the Ex. ARG!
    Not only has he been a sh-head with me about vacation weeks, but I just learned he has returned to his abusive routine with the new person in his life. Doesn't surprise me. I worry about what impact on our son it has. Not exactly a good role model. At least he is old enough to get it for himself. ,sigh,

    @SuperCarLori - I've been watching your non-smoking effort. Don't get discouraged. You are inspirational! I've been on again-off again.


    1. Logged - yes
    2. Calories - close, a bit over
    3. Carbs - still in the 100 range. Still working on it. I can't seem put in the discipline to get back to the 20 range again. I made Spaghetti squash last night for the first time. Turned out really good, still probably too high carbs tho, but better choice than pasta.
    4. Exercise. No.
    5. H20 - yes!

    1. Keto was on target

    2. Feelings check in: still feeling a little compulsive, but notice that a keto good mood is beginning to kick in. About 70% over my recent personal let down.
    Coping strategies: dance night tonight, travel tomorrow for a few days...putting on my big girl panties and getting back on keto. Coloring my hair, hopefully will paint today. Got an interview for next week..could be good, training included.

    3.daily weigh in: lost a total of 2.7 lbs towards 17.8 goal.

    4. Dance night: 120 minutes rock and roll!!

    I'm just leaving this here to go off of tonight! :)

    Day Seven!!
    Didn't weigh again... Trying to break that habit.

    Drank water.... Minimally. Boo.
    Drove for almost four hours. Daily cleaning. So yeah. Boo.
    Carbs I did well, and calories. Yay!!!!!!
    I ate keto foods!!!!!

    I DIDN'T SMOKE!!!!!! Biggest HELL YEAH!!!

    A good day. Great weather. Great family.

    Day Eight!
    OMG What a beautiful, laughing, smiling, bucket list of a day!! I'm tearing up over it! Hiking, flying in a helicopter, laughing with my loved ones, being in a forest, climbing rocks, jumping creeks, hopping, skipping, and running, twirling around with glee....it was a day I'll always keep as a snapshot of happy.

    I did not weigh again, which is a victory in itself lol!
    I drank lots of water!! Yay!
    I got loads of physical activity today! Yay!
    I did great with carbs and calories! Yay!
    Keto foods only! No peanuts!

    I DIDN'T SMOKE!!!

    Let me tell you....so much joy. :)

    Day Nine!

    Still a non smoker. Very tired and sad the boy is gone.

    No weigh in. Yay!
    Water is a bust...but I did drink a 44oz diet Mountain Dew on the drive home...that does count, so okay then. Yay!
    Activity, nope. Boo.
    Carbs and calories a big Yay!

    Day Ten!

    Let me just say it's a huge bust.
    Over ate. I mean i binged. So today was a huge boo. In all ways.

    No!!! Not all ways. Still a Non smoker!
    Otherwise today was a fail.

    I did log though. Might as well keep the data handy, right?

    I ate keto only. So my carbs are great.
    Water not so hot.

    Okay, I'm just having a rough couple of days.
    I ate on plan today, but I'm still wired badly.

    So to keep it short, I did meh, okay. No binge.

    Okay! Let's try again!!!

    Day Twelve!
    Feeling better today mentally.
    I ate very well today, did some unplanned fasting, and oddly enough helped with hunger.
    I drank a load of fluid today!!
    Carbs are great!!
    Exercise..... Yeah....I really need someone to kick my pants about this one. I'm soooo lazy!!

    I'm still cranky, but I took a nap lol

    Day Thirteen!!
    Still have not weighed. That's a great thing, as I won't be seeing the daily ups and downs!

    I ate wonderfully!! Yay!!
    I drank loads of water!! Yay!!
    Carbs, banging! Yay!!
    Exercise still *kitten*. Boo!!

    And I smoked....BOO!

    Process... It's all in the process..

    Still hanging in there.

    Day Fourteen!!
    Still haven't found the scale!
    I ate great food!
    Water was.. Decent..
    Exercise still for *kitten*. I told Bob he needs to finally hook up the stereo system, so I can get my dance/body weight/aerobics on again finally. I mean, is been two years, Bob... Get that *kitten* together, bro!

    Smoking. Plan on doing it all again on Monday, not beating myself up.

    October 13: Rotator Cuff/Bicep exercises
    October 14: Finally got out and walked. A short walk to the grocery store. Needed a leek for a stir fry.
    3 miles, 3.52 mph, 50 minutes. Done.

    Just found this thread, so am about 2 weeks behind everybody else. Oh well, got to reboot myself and might as well start today.
    Day 1:
    Logged: Yep
    Carb count: 35 net. Goal is <25
    Protein: 57 out of 114. Always have a hard time hitting that goal.
    Fat: 61. Good. Trying to keep between 50-80.
    Calorie Count: 908. Goal is 1300
    Water Intake: Could do a lot better! Goal 90 oz.
    Exercise: LOL, Not today....Come on get off your butt, sister!
    After 2 weeks of being off plan, out of town (new grandbaby--so happy!), some hard personal things going on.....today was so not perfect but so much better :)

    Oops, apparently I haven't checked in fir a while. I've stayed pretty well on track though in terms of logging exercise, eating low carb high fat and trying to get enough sleep.

    I had a great second week although I didn't report it and lost 2.3lbs by staying within my carb and calories limit

    Okay, Day Fifteen!

    No weighing until November first. Weighing frequently only discouraged me.

    I ate a bunch yesterday, but it was appropriate food, and I needed the calories. Yay!
    Water was good, sweated allot. Yay!
    Exercise was on point, as it will be for quite some time with the new project cars on board! Yay!

    Goals for October:

    Exercise at least 3 days a week (recovering from a foot injury) :/ I got 2 times in and then my foot worsened so I went to a podiatrist. Got a shot. Need to do low impact everything and RICE.

    Some progress was made.

    Carbs were good. I had a nice outdoor walk to the cemetery Tuesday...got some weird orbs in my pictures, spooky! :) Decent week overall.

    This week has been ok I did mess up and overeat my calories yesterday after mowing an acre and sweating my butt off ( in Texas 90's yesterday ugh!) for some reason I get hungrier than normal after mowing go figure!
    H20: yes
    Carbs: over :( range is 30g
    Exercise: yes 5 days
    Calories : higher than normal yestrday trying to stay below 1800
    Tomoorow is another day and just have to stay the course
